A reflective space for practitioners ready to work differently.

Kit Kline’s Community of Practice is a monthly gathering for social workers and helping professionals who want to deepen their work through trauma-informed, creative, and holistic approaches.

This is a space to pause, reflect, and explore new ways of supporting people while staying connected to a community of practitioners navigating the complexities of modern practice.

Through shared learning, discussion, and reflection, the Community of Practice supports practitioners to grow professionally while remaining grounded in care, curiosity, and integrity.

Why Join the Community of Practice

Working in helping professions can sometimes feel isolating. Many practitioners are seeking spaces where they can think critically, explore creative approaches, and reflect on their work in a supportive environment. The Community of Practice offers a space to do exactly that.

Members benefit from:

Monthly live group sessions (90 minutes)

Reflective discussions exploring real-world practice challenges and opportunities.

Creative approaches to systems and critical thinking

Explore ways of working that move beyond rigid models and support a deeper understanding of people and systems.

Trauma-informed, nature-based, and somatic perspectives

Learn how holistic frameworks can support both practitioner wellbeing and client care.

Supportive peer discussion and professional reflection

Connect with other practitioners who are committed to thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate practice.

Exclusive resources and tools

Access materials, frameworks, and ideas shared within the community.

What Happens in Each Monthly Session

Each monthly gathering creates space for thoughtful conversation and exploration around real practice experiences.

Sessions may include:

  • Reflective practice discussions
  • Exploration of trauma-informed frameworks
  • Case reflections and ethical considerations
  • Creative and holistic approaches to working with clients
  • Integration of nature-based and somatic perspectives

The focus is not only on learning new tools, but also on strengthening how we think, reflect, and respond as practitioners.

Who This Community Is For

This community is designed primarily for:

  • Social workers
  • Counsellors and therapists
  • Support workers
  • Mental health practitioners
  • Educators and wellbeing professionals

It is especially valuable for practitioners who feel called to integrate holistic, trauma-informed, and reflective approaches into their work.
