Welcome. Take a breath.
You’re in the right place.
I’m Kit Kline, and I’m here to support you; the helper, the practitioner, the one who holds space for others. Through gentle, trauma-informed tools, clinical supervision, and heart-centred training, I help you reconnect to your work, your purpose, and yourself.
Hi, I'm Kit Kline.
Grounded in Care. Rooted in Nature.
Social worker, clinical supervisor, educator, and someone who’s walked alongside people through their hardest seasons for over 20 years. I support those who support others: practitioners, therapists, health professionals, and care teams.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honours the mind, body, spirit, and the wisdom of nature. Whether through clinical supervision, training, or gentle tools, I offer spaces that feel safe, calm, and real.
I’m also the founder of Nature Based Therapy, a social enterprise that integrates nature as a central healing modality for individual and community well-being.

Reconnecting with Growth: Reflections on the Tree Timeline Assessment
Growth doesn’t always happen by moving forward—sometimes it begins by pausing and looking back. The Tree Timeline Assessment invites a compassionate, nature-based reflection on who we are, where we’ve been, and what is ready to grow.

How Nature-Based Therapy Bridges Lifestyle Medicine and Clinical Practice
Lifestyle medicine, championed by organisations such as the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), focuses on addressing the root causes of chronic disease through pillars such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and social connection. Nature-based therapy brings these principles into lived experience, supporting nervous system regulation, meaningful movement, relational connection, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, they bridge the gap between health promotion and clinical practice, offering a more embodied and integrative pathway to wellbeing.

Sustainability and the Art of Working With What You Have
Sustainability and resilience are not just environmental ideals, they are lived practices. Nature Based Therapy isn’t just something I teach;
it’s the way I live, work, and support others.
It’s my response to a world that often forgets we are nature. This approach brings together trauma-informed care, deep listening, and connection to the living world to support sustainable healing for people, communities, and the Earth.
